Our Services
- Meticulously recruiting competent professional seafarers by applying the tailor-made crew selection criteria of the clients
- Conducting the selection process of the qualified officers and crew by well-experienced Masters and Chief Engineers
- Preparing the requisite documents in compliance with the STCW and flag state requirements
- Assisting with visa application and organizing the necessary documents for safe embarkation according to the entry requirements of the joining port
- Arranging air tickets in time to meet the ship schedule
- Assisting the disembarkation of crew upon completion of the contract and ensuring the smooth repatriation of the crew to home country
- Handling crew home allotment calculation and ensuring the allotments are paid to the allottees/families in timely manner
- Arranging and providing trainings necessary for all ranks of crew
